Please allow 2-3 business days once order is processed for shipment. Passenger is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Passenger is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. Once a package is tendered to the carrier, the package is no longer in our control and we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing. All international shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should an international parcel be denied delivery, for whatever reason the parcel will be abandoned and refund will not be possible.
International orders are final sale. 
Return/Exchange Policy
New Clothing:
We are a small team, thoughtfully making clothing in small batches with you and the environment in mind. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore will offer a return in the form of store credit (electronic gift card) within 10 days of receiving your order. All sales are final after 10 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any items that do not meet this criteria.
Vintage Clothing/Objects:
Due to their delicate nature, all vintage clothing and objects are FINAL SALE and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. We do our best to accurately describe each item and are not responsible for variation in color or wear. 
Swim wear, intimates, bath/body, pantry items, fine jewelry and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate an return on a web item please email us with the return reason and tracking number at hello@shop-passenger.com, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
